Today, I checked my weight. It shows that I have lost 2.3 kg in 2 days and 12 hours. I could not believe the numbers, as I do feel bloated, and my stomach seems solid like concrete block. With today's weight in I have got these numbers: STARTING WEIGHT: 116 kg 26th April 2024 : 104 kg 28th April 2024 : 101.7 kg IN 2 DAYS LOST : - 2.3 kg GOAL ( FIRST ) : 95 kg LOST SO FAR. : 14.3 kg STILL TO GO. : 6.7 kg Hopefully, from today, I will be more careful choosing all my foods during ladies' days and not putting my body through the huge increase in the weight again.
