I noticed that I started to get hungry, after dinner, and started to crave something sweet. I realized that this was a signal that I hadn't eaten enough, so I ate a 1/4 lb. burger, with some French's Yellow Mustard, and a piece and a half of bacon. The craving went away. It was a tip from Dr. Anthony Chaffee.

I have been sleeping in my recliner, the last 3 nights, because I feel like I am suffocating lying prone in bed. There is so much fat around my neck and chest, it is just pressing into my throat. Plus, I was having really disturbing dreams that affected me during the day. I'm using the television, as white noise, until I lose enough weight where I feel comfortable enough to go back to the bedroom. My PTSD symptoms were really getting out of hand. I think this is the main reason, beside being denied any pain medication or trigger point therapy, that made me go back to carnivore and restart my diet.
275.8 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 155.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
