Gym progress.. glute ud keliatan, tp body fat n vis fat naik, soalnya makannya ngawur 🤭
Sekarang mau coba konsisten lagi, makan di maintenance, strength training tetep tapi mau di banyakin di kardio jg.. biar perut bs kecilan dikit 😌
