I'll take my carbs with some carb dipping sauce please 😋 only 155 grams of carbs and 770 calories. Feeling super flat after the cut and have a race this weekend so its time to refill the glycogen stores. I'm moving most of my calories to carbs plus eating in a surplus for a few days to see what happens. Installed the new doorbell 2 days ago and it already caught one of our friends comming to say hello last night.

Unrelated to these comments: I’m about to take a break from *anything* other than exercise and art for future work; I read on a forum, where some people lie, lol, judging by how extreme they are even for maintenance, that they take a break from literally any hobbies other than exercise. That is less extreme than the things people probably lie about on that forum, lol, but still sounds extreme to a person who hasn’t had to worry about it much (yet)!

LaineAndTheDog98 it's social media fat secret has a bunch of it too I'm sure people probably think I fall I to that category as well but the people from fat secret that are friends on Hevy as well know exactly what I do 😄 and even there I only recors the weight lifting. The fitness space on social media is incredibly toxic! A bunch a fake nattys posing in perfect lighting talking about routines that are impossible to follow with getting injured. It's very sad but it's thw world we live in now. It is one of the many reasons I enjoy interacting with my friends on fat secret I know there are some fake people on here but over all its an amazingly supportive community of like minded individuals working towards a common goal.
