Ok, so my weight went up. I started eating dinner, I don't usually, it will be easy to go back to form. I still eat only in an 8 hour or less window, so that's easy.

The trousers phenomenon yesterday was a conundrum for me, until I realised that the belted ones were a regular chino, and the ones yesterday are a SKINNY fit jean! So, I'm well ok with that, different styles, different cut. Same body.

I also notice that whilst I used to just feel 'me', now I feel a distinct layer of softer fat over my muscles. My muscles are very firm and strong (well they would be, they are used to working hard carrying all that weight around) and the fat is somehow more fluid and separate.

I hope that means it is getting mobile and ready to swoosh away :D
