Yep, this is end of month week and I didn’t realize it or plan for it, so I have to get going to work. Nothing goes as planned. Yet, yesterday I got my steps in, and drank my water, but I need to start posting my calories, I didn’t have that many yesterday either. I think - yet nothing goes as planned.🙃 Will try my best to start posting what I am putting in my mouth today, get reports done, and 🐝 the best I can 🐝!😁 Every day is a new start, at the beginning of the year, I made a resolution to lose 15 pounds, only 20 more to go! Have a Wonderful Wednesday! 🌺☀️ If you don’t have wrinkles, you haven’t laughed enough!

Shrewdness, I love your humor.
Sometimes we must lower the standards from “baby steps in dozens of areas that add up to huge steps if you combine them all,” to “one habit at a time.” It happens to all of us!
What matters is that we gracefully lower the standards, with a small lapse maybe, but not a crisis, instead of going through a crisis.

Brendabradshaw, I always see the first of the year as I really don’t have all that much I want to lose, and I surely can do it in a years time, yet here we are in April and I think I’ve gained!!! I’m not going by the scale for a bit, until I want to see what it says!🤣 Enjoy your retirement!👍☀️

CrystalJo, I miss talking to you. I’ve always loved your posts, but I haven’t visited anyone lately. For some reason, I don’t have little kids anymore, I don’t have a horse to take care of yet, I feel like I have less time than I ever had in my life.
