did 3 sets of 15 squats on Wednesday and Thursday......my legs hurt a little yesterday after the squatting, and its hurting today, so that means is working :)

Well, you did better than me. LOL Happy New Year and keep it up. I think I will stick with my bike. I wouldn't get back up from a squat.
