Edit: breakfast was a bowl of steelcut oatmeal with raisins and honey plus two boiled eggs. Also a snack with a huge spoon of peanut butter and a cup of milk.


On bike for 44 minutes, 8.48 miles and 311 calories burned.

Dinner was 2 sandwiches with ham and cheese and other condiments on a 26 grain honey bread washed down with milk.


I went up about a pound a half this morning at the weigh in and I don't care. The food yesterday was just fantastic!

The next two days I am off and hope to bump up the exercycle minutes a little to pare back the gain. I doubt that I'll be going to a buffet as my buddy is working nights now, but you never know.

I like to eat. I always have. Except I specialized in sugar laden stuff for decades. It is nice to feel that you can pig out, believe that you will drop it off and then do it.

My girlfriend thinks I am too skinny now but this weight range I am in now just feels right to me. So I guess she will keep serving up big tasty meals and I will pack them away and then hit the bike to get it off. A never ending loop I guess.
