Yum...lets forget the 2 lunches and concentrate on steak & potato for both lunch & dinner! Lucky man :D
My arteries would clog up in a day and I would die of a heart attack! Exciting to know someone who can eat like that...I'm honored :D

Check with a nutritionist. You are young and your body may withstand this treatment. Look for variety. Where are your greens, superfoods, EFA etc. Tumeric good but........... Please keep this info in back of head and heart! Good luck and happy new year!

1. Small portions of meat (4 oz) and small portions of potato (30g), I get plenty of greens with my daily salads. I each vegetables and a garden salad with dinner.
