so today I am weighing in at 277.8, 2.6lbs lower than I was last week. since January I have now lost 42.2lbs, but I started my starting weight over because I didn't want to do the "well since this I lost, but gained this, and I've lost this" so I've lost 6.4 lbs.
277.8 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 57.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 28 August 2011:
1102 kcal Fat: 16.70g | Prot: 89.50g | Carb: 152.70g.   Breakfast:  cottage cheese 1%, activia yogurt. Lunch: bombay chicken, wonder . Dinner: whole wheat penne rigate , skinless chicken breast , italian herb chicken. Snacks/Other: Chewy Bars Oats & Caramel. more...

wow way to go congratulations...just look for small goals at first...thats what i do...as long as it is going down i am always happy!!:)

thank you...I have a long term goal of a loss of 50-60 lbs, and short term to get to that next 10 lbs mark.
