Haven't done a very good job entering my food intake over the past few days, but have done a pretty good job sticking to the Abs Diet routine. I splurged a bit over the weekend with a few beers and some pizza, but got back on track when Monday rolled around.
This weekend will be a challenge, as I'll be up at Penn State for homecoming. Finding time to workout will be difficult and there's bound to be some greasy food and beer in there... I'll be happy if I come back at the same weight I left at.
