Failed breakfast today, sleeping late.
I haven't had a proper breakfast in years; I'm trying to change that. I'm declaring Saturday my weekly free day :)
drinking 3 litres (100 oz) of water (from the tap) hasn't been as difficult as I expected this past 5 days. Hope I can keep it up ... and that the results show up soon!
