Did excellent today. My husband is going to help me diet and eat right and he is going to as well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 13 October 2009:
1250 kcal Fat: 45.00g | Prot: 51.00g | Carb: 151.50g.   Breakfast: chocolate soy milk, butterscotch pudding mix, peanut butter, herbalife shake. Lunch: cheesecake pudding mix, frozen strawberries, light chocolate soy milk, herbalife shake. Dinner: light three cheese ranch, Ground Turkey, sw/american cheese, whole wheat tortillas. Snacks/Other: Claussen, Yoplait Light Fat Free Lemon Cream Pie. more...
