was put on prednisone due to unknown hives 😑 definetly eating /craving more than usual but not too worried as it is a 5 day dose. lots of stress going on and fingers crossed this is all it takes

Hey this Golfgirl is 73 so thanks for making me feel younger. It is aa name I have used since I was 60 and easy to remember. Do you do true keto it could be keto rash. I just do low carb, high fiber to help with my diabetic numbers.

Golfgirl60 of course ! I do not do keto..today is my last day of the steroid so my fingers are crossed. And RobHendershot I do not have any known food allergies.
