I have been dealing with cubital tunnel syndrome in my left elbow. Not sure what I can do exercise wise. Any suggestions?
235.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Ulnar nerve entrapment at the elbow (Cubital Tunnel) is what I had in my Right Elbow, now my left. Right one required surgery to clean out and repair. The left one I manage with Prednisone when it flares up, along with a tennis elbow strap to apply pressure on it. If you do any hammering, twisting (screwdriver), or any weightlifting that introduces twisting or torque to the forearm, avoid it. Also avoid any weight workouts that strengthen the forearm, as it impinges on the nerve tunnel, making it worse.
