Today has been a reminder of how diligent I must be this week while enjoying family and friends. Cookies came in for breakfast ... I did not indulge. One attorney took my office-mate and I out to lunch at a BBQ place ... I had smoked turkey breast with a slice of cheddar cheese and half the bun, no sides. I will need to eat very light to night. Tomorrow the remaining attorneys, my office-mate and I will have lunch at a very nice restaurant ... It will have an expanded menu and I will carefully pick what I am eating. Toughest part will be visiting others homes through the weekend ... when I can cook my own meals, I am better in control. Looks to be my personal challenge for week!! Hope y'all have a good week facing your personal challenges. Hugs and hugs ...
