Trying again to rid myself ofvthese pounds. I let thecadded stress take over and derail me. it just sneaks up and the next thing I know my clothes do not fit right. Really need to come up with recognizing when I am feeling overstressed and how can I manage without eating?

Try making new habits for your hands to do...painting, knitting, doing crafts, writing, anything that you can do with their hands that will keep them busy. There are adult coloring books out now, that are excellent for destressing!! Especially when you realize you are stressing.

I was going to say, it seems like when stressed, smokers smoke....dieters eat, ....so....just try to find another way of destressing....that is when you realize you are doing so.....that's always the hard part!!! Good luck!!
