I know I should’ve waited until I went on a scale again but I did have a curiosity to check out how I was doing. Thankfully it’s going the right way. 😊

I weigh every day always have when trying to lose it keeps me focused 🤷🏻‍♀️ I don’t get hung up on the numbers unless there’s an obvious problem
