Ok so this last week has been trying to mitigate the damage from last weekend...it's coming down. I was eating and drinking when I'm not used to it anymore and not even a little bit of the water I should have had. Got my fitbit today but I'm already back down 2-3 lbs (damn water weight) and trying to get through the next 2-3 weeks intact. I have a family gathering this weekend and then Christmas day and then New Year's eve. I can do it, would like to get back to 190 and stay there til the new year. Was feeling better and DAGNABIT I LIKE THESE JEANS. I'm not giving them back to the closet. NOT DOING IT.
So yeah...getting back on track... :)
