Not messing around. Did my research and pulled the trigger on another exercise bike. A fan type. Old technology that relies on the atmosphere to provide the resistance. Infinite resistance levels which depend on how slow or fast that you pedal. Electronic box to calculate the calories burned.
Thought about spending a ton of money for a top of the line model but reality set in and I realized that I don't need that as I have been getting great results the way I was doing things, moderate pace for 30 minutes.
Picking it up at Walmart Friday so it will end up that I was off the exercise routine for one week. Here is a pic of what I bought.

Brunch is served-blackeyed peas,fried eggs,potatoes and very tender beef.
