Did we have an EQ?? I havent had any news yet today..  

yeah so apparently I'm the only person that didn't realize it happened 🤣my work vehicle is so loud and shakes that I didn't feel or hear but everyone I know is talking about it and sending pics of shit that fell off the walls and broke  

My whole house shook for about 8 seconds. Immediately started praying 📿🙏☦️ 

I'm out on Long Island and was working in the attic... lol suddenly everything around me started shaking ha ha I was cursing an imaginary truck...  

I just heard - 4.8! That's sizable! Glad you all are ok!!

I thought maybe my upstairs neighbor were moving furniture! Then the phone calls and texts came in and I was like oh, that wasn’t their washing machine?!?

Very scary, we had some rumbling North. We've had a couple before in N.E. but luckily nothing like the W. coast! 

We had a huge tornado instead of an earthquake (Midwest so tornadoes happen yearly). It was 3 days ago. Yikes. 

I am ok! Thank you to everyone who expressed concern.💙 My brain was just a bit lost because earthquakes are not what happens here... I was literally fighting reality on that one. 😂  

Yeah I don't feel left out now 🤣🤣🤣 aftershocks just rolled through the whole house is shaking  

nvm wasn't actually an aftershock. it was a second earthquake only 4.0 this time.  

WE have them here in southern Illinois occasionally.
