Just out of interest, Is anyone fasting on Ekadashi? I’ve been doing it since October last year, twice a month, love it 🥰

I don’t follow the Ekadashi rules 100%, but I don’t eat any food 4 days before a Full moon and 4 days before a new moon. only water, tea, not even veg or fruit juice. It’s allowed to eat after a sunset , but I try not to. Feel very light next day 🥰

Sounds very disciplined. I can just about manage 16 hours! 😀
