Been eating spaghetti leftovers so it’s been a carb-fest. Thankfully only one or two more servings left. We only make it once or twice a year. Took yoga 3 days in a row which was nice. Will have some cold brew coffee, unsweetened vanilla almond milk and protein powder for breakfast.
157.6 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.4 lb a week
