3rd day of being back on track with keto and the keto flu has hit. Nooooooooo! Chicken broth, water and extra fat is in order.

There's nothing so wonderful as great chicken broth. I slow cook mine overnight and add a some Bonita flakes and spices to the individual servings. Delish!
