Almost didn’t even record this. The first 4 days last week were awesome! I weighed 129 Friday morning, then gained over 6 lbs in 3 days. Hoping water weight and constipation are part of the problem, but can’t deny that 3 days of not journaling while eating sweets, creamy dips, and chips did me in. Remember how this feels, remember my heart racing while trying to sleep last night. Remember my elation when I weighed in under 130 for the first time in years just 3 days ago. Keep this all in mind when faced with another weekend of family next weekend, and make next Monday a very different experience.
