I was until the wee hours of the morning working on a project. Did a little late night (well early morning) meal that was a repeat of dinner. Well, cant win em' all!! Luckily I had run or walked over 5 miles yesterday so that put some clorie burn in the bank. The cool thing is, when I think I am totally blowing it I still generally stay under my RDI (whch I do feel is a bit high) as I have a set point in my routine of around 1800. Ended up with about a break even consume / burn day.
