Finally over respiratory illnesses and I’m on vacation for two weeks so I have been doing yoga and walking daily. Makes me feel so much better! Looking forward to mid June retirement so I can keep this up. When I go back to work April 8 I will most likely only be able to exercise 2-4 days per week, better than nothing, but not enough. During that time it will be especially important to be smart about what I eat and fit it some mini workouts whenever I can. At least my job isn’t sedentary.
