Lost 1.5 at today's weigh in and dead lifted 180 lbs. and I feel great! Little by little, slowly but surely!

1600 kcal Fat: 60.73g | Prot: 114.45g | Carb: 161.04g.   Breakfast: Premier Nutrition High Protein Shake - Chocolate, Oroweat healthfull nuts&seeds, Jif Reduced Fat Creamy Peanut Butter. Lunch: SanSai Japanese Grill Grilled Salmon, SanSai Japanese Grill Oriental Salad with Dressing, SanSai Japanese Grill Brown Rice. Dinner: Locatelli Pecorino Romano, Date, Gala Apples, Glory Foods Kale Greens, Olive Oil , Milk (Nonfat). Snacks/Other: Caramels Candies , Kraft Natural Mozzarella String Cheese, Trader Joe's Tangerines, Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt (Container), Raspberries . more...
