Its so strange how losing weight can take months, but gaining weight can happen almost instantly.

Still struggling in the low 160s, but still consistently going to Crossfit 3-4 times a week. My eating is not on point, so I wasn't really expecting any sort of loss. Trying to make healthier choices for sure, but until after the holidays I am not going to be too strict. I know for a fact there will be indulging, and I would prefer not to set myself up with unrealistic expectations about my eating habits. I am going to try to be as mindful as I can, but after Christmas is when the real fun will begin, and getting back on point with my nutrition.

Hope everyone is having a great week!

I was in the same situation. I have been working out consistently for 5-6 days a week. But my eating would be 80/20 ish. Sometimes I had a little too much cheating. I could not get past 151. My trainer stresses diet. "abs are made in the kitchen" So in order to see progress we have to sacrifice a bit. I finally started eating healther consistabtly and eating just a little less and finally I got to 149 before thanksgiving. Just keep it up and eat clean as much as possible you will see results!

You may be losing inches though with all the exercise! I tend to track my progress by how my clothes fit. My doctor told me weight gain and loss is 80% what you eat and 20% exercise, but I know that exercise feels so good. Reduce your carbs and up your fat and it will melt off. Good luck, you can do it!
