I'm glad I found this site and app for my phone. The diagnosis for diabetes was only two weeks ago but I forgot how horrible food diaries and tracking journals were from the old weight watchers days. The ability to list the food by finding it on a list or scanning the barcode is quite a treat. Back to the real subject, working 80 hous this week played havoc on my diet but I still managed to keep my caloric intake under normal. The proof will come Monday on weigh-in day.
