solo hago 2 comidas saludables al día, hago 15km caminando y 20m de pilates además de tomar los 2lt de agua, y estoy bajando 100gr por día 😫
131.2 lb Lost so far: 1.1 lb.    Still to go: 9.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
