The trip to Squaw Creek was great. Saw about a half million snow geese and they are still flying in from as far as the eye can see! We saw 15 bald eagles along with hundreds of various ducks and wading birds. Anyone who lives within a reasonable distance should take the time to visit the refuge. Today I go and get my hair cut. DH loves it long and it is half way down my back, but it is so fine and stringy I just hate it! And with the weight loss it is getting thinner which is NOT good since it is so fine. So off it comes! Thinking about to my shoulders. Poor hubby!

Watching geese land is like watching the ballet! Sounds like it was a wonderful time. I would love to see that many eagles in one spot.

It sound's that you had a lovely trip. I find that shoulder length hair is so easier to take care of, not to worry your hubby will get use to it. And he love's you no matter what.:)

I looked at their site :) It is the natural park in Missouri isn't it? The wildlife seems both abundant and stunning.
