I don't know if there's any scientific proof behind it but there are a few weights that my body loves to get stuck at doesn't matter if I want to go above or below it it just constantly reverts back to it 🤣 168 and 165 are 2 of them for me

This seems to happen to me with every five pounds I lose, I gain two back! Vicious cycle. But I know I don’t work as hard as you do. You’ll get there.

fatsinme thanks I'm not worried as long as the lows and highs keep getting lower I know where all good 😁 my body has been know to do this annoying thing where it stays around the same weight for 8 days then drops 1.8 lbs and starts the process over again I've seen it happen a bunch of times it's kinda bizarre.

OTB - it does it to me too. Usually new fitness stimulus in combo with lower bf will do it. But inevitably it gives up the goods! Ha! Mines 1.8 flux as well. Must be something about that number! And yes, I focus on the moving average as well but pull out the calipers and measuring tape every one and awhile.

Egull1 haha that's funny that its the same number there's a weight loss myth that I would swear was true that the fat cells get replaced by water then they shrink it sounds like it would perfectly describe what I have seen over and over again but it is a myth apparently 🤣 it's all good though just keeping up the weekly grind of walking running lifting and eating in a deficit well maybe not all of those today we are in the process of getting 4 inches of rain
