Got a little to depressed last night and binged ate for about 5 minutes. Not cool.

I understand why you did this - and I probably would have too but what I have found that fixes my binge stuff is if I actually get up out of my house and just walk... even if its to the end of my driveway or around the block.. by the time i get home I realize I don't need/want to eat. I am not saying you should do it but its worth a try..~hugs~

Okay... so the bright side - how long would you have binged last year at this time? I'll bet it was a lot longer than 5 minutes. I know it does suck, but you've made progress, you just have to give yourself credit for it!
