Weight the same this morning as yesterday.

Brunch was 3 fried eggs over refried beans, bacon, chayote, calabasas and 2 fried bananas from the tree in the backyard.

Definitely will be getting on the bike now!



Rode 30 minutes, going 4.7 stationary miles burning 201.2 calories.

Edit: no lunch and dinner was a big tasty fish taco from Alberto's Mexican food.

subtract the re-fried beans and banana, looks like a good LCHF brunch (not sure what Calabasas is)
