im so surprised to have seen an old friend of mine from high school yesterday. she had lost 100lbs in 6 months!!! i was very inspired by her. she works out daily and diets. she had always tried every diet out there possible and had spent so much money wasted on it all. i was there with her through the struggle. when we lost contact i had heard that she lost weight.... but not like this!! i didnt even recognize her at first! lol i know now that it can be done if you put everything you can towards your goal. so its offical im determined to lose 20 lbs. by jan.1st!! :D
