Now I have to be good for a few days. Yesterday it was like I was a man on a mission. I ate fast like a starving man. Unbelievable. Threw the diet thing out the window and even wrote about it on the
blog.Good thing we didn't go to the Golden Corral which I really love for the chili and their fantastic Yankee Pot Roast!!!!
Brunch is served. Better jump back on the exercycle later on.

Had a banana and peanut butter sandwich on 15 grain bread and milk for lunch.
Dinner was a chicken taco along with a bean and cheese cup from Del Taco.
