im staying in a hotel for work for the next few days which just happens to be next to one of the gyms i go to with an olimpic sized lane pool so no excuses! :p. there is the breakfast buffet to consider but having an atkins style breakfast this morning seemed to satisfy and less then 400 calories so i think ill be ok. the problem i've got is what happened last night; my bf is coming to stay over-night with me and wants to go out for tea evernight which means loads of calories!! last night i ate 3 massive peices of pizza and still had room for some ice cream :x quite disgusting really.

anyway onwards and up, gunna get on with some work then once my breakfast has settled ill go to the gym/swimming whatever :p ill see if theres any classes on; i need to do some swimming for one of my challenges so ill do that too.
