Nice job!!! 6 lbs is already really hard. But…if you can get past that serious challenge of the first 1 to 3 lbs—and get past it 2 to 6 times—you can do the rest!

Hi Laurie62707...congrats on the weight drop! If you don't mind, I'd like to ask you some personal questions regarding your bypass surgery and any doctor's recommendations on a diet to follow. Are you suppose to watch your daily dietary cholesterol and sodium intake?? I'll be 65 in June and my doctor "only suspects" that I may have some heart issues so he told me to lower my daily cholesterol and sodium intake. He didn't give me any specifics just told me not to go overboard! LoL My thanx for any input that you want to share with me ♡
