The key is to pick and choose, avoiding the obvious calorie and sugar dense items.
This is a perfect example of a good fast food.
Small chili from Wendys. Filling and stays with you for hours. Not full of processed sugar so you won't get ravenously hungry again in a couple of hours.
Other fast food that I like are the simple tacos, for example.

With 810 calories and over 20 teaspoons of sugar in the large(20 ounce)this is a perfect example of what not to buy at McDonalds.
