Exercising is hard. Especially now that I'm back to working two jobs. I've started to try and schedule it again and I've decided to think of it like working. I worked 8am - 1pm this morning and I had until 3pm before I left for my second job. I shoved down a lean tv dinner and at 2:15 went for a one mile walk. I'm trying to think of it as 'getting paid' in negative calories. Yeah I might only have time to lose 100kcals today but that's 100kcals that would have otherwise added to my arms or belly. I hope this works!
