What is my problem? I cannot break into the 280s. I have been 291-294 forever. nothing I do lets me lose. Help!!!

Are you exercising? Even walking can help burn more calories and keep your metabolism burning. Make sure you are getting enough protein. Protein metabolizes better than any other food group. You might also try a week of eating 1500 a day and see if it gets the scale moving. Watch your sodium intake. Drink liquids to flush out sodium. Also reading nutritional articles in fitness magazines and online can give you knowledge that helps you try different things to keep the scale moving. Good luck!
