Yesterday didn't go too badly. Although I thought I was staying within the guidelines, I was over on my carb count. I had a piece of pumpkin pie. Today I have had 3 boiled eggs with butter for breakfast. I am off to a good start. I had a houseful of kids so my husband and I spent a lot of time wiping up spills. There were 5 children from 14 on down. They stayed all night and got really bored. Although it was nice outside, they don't know how to play outside, and like to rassle in the house. I am glad it is over, and I didn't have to beat any of them. They all had their own electronic pads to play with. That is why they don't know how to play outside.
