This week has already been hard. I haven't been feeling thirsty, so I have been having to choke down my water. I'm eating the right things, but not exercising. I think it's cause DH is home and because it's cold. Staying in wearing my jams and wrapped in a blanket just seeks so much more appealing. Also, cheat day is being moved to Thursday for Thanksgiving, but weigh in remains on Saturday. I'm nervous because I expect I shall gain on cheat day, and won't have lost anything by Saturday. Maybe I should weigh in early? Also this Saturday is 8 weeks, and I wanted to remeasure... but I'm just not sure. I also have other non-weight loss related stresses weighing on my mind.. Just blah.
