I haven’t had a baked sweet potato in a while. Going to try and remember the roasted chicken pea idea. Is that a tahini dressing ? My taste buds are thinking that would be good.

Oh it's dressing! I thought 🤔 it was cheese 🧀 🙄 oops my bad... I'm going to have to think about the flavor combo my brain is having trouble but I'll get there. Just never thought about it together now I wish I had some in the fridge to try it had to think about it in the abstract... Sometimes I wish my brain worked like other peoples /sigh 😔. It looks really good 😊. I'd show up for dinner 🍽️. ^^

Leah_guffey, it was super good! And today, I made sweet potato pulp mixed with black beans, roasted chickpeas, avocado and tahini dressing. My stomach seems happier when I avoid all things wheat... sochickpeas and sweet potatoes have been my buddies lately. Oh, and your brain/mind is perfect as is😘

TRachael, I cook like crazy for 3 days and the coast for 4. It works like a charm for me. And you are welcome to my dinner table! Although, I have two teenage boys you'll have to compete with. Both of them would rather eat my food than eat take out. 🥰 It makes a mom feel good.
