Major edit: Brunch was carne asada steak w/potatoes, in a stew kind of. Plus 3 fried eggs. For desert I asked for and my girlfriend obliged me with a fried "macho' banana grown in her yard from her tree. Here are the images and as soon as I finish the last details of this e-book, I am gonna have to hop on the exercycle!
Obviously plenty more if I need more sweetness to go with a meal.
Rode bike about a hour later: 30 minutes,4.8 miles with 202.9 calories burned. Checked the bloodsugar right after finish, 87 fantastic!
Back in my comfort zone weight wise. I am content now to stay between 170-175 pounds as my new 33 inch waist slacks fit me at this level.
My weight gain from my trip is slowly easing, the morning I set out, I weighed 172 and despite all the junk I ate and the two full days sitting on my bum holding a steering while, things are getting back to normal, with over 5 pounds lost in the 4 days that I have been back home.
The e-book has been done for over 3 weeks and I floundered around trying to figure out how to format this for Amazon Kindle on my own. I am not too good using a word processor, you see. Day before yesterday, I finally was able to create a linked table of contents and then the Kindle Previewer couldn't open my file.
That was it, I have now agreed to have a pro do the formatting for a very reasonable price, $89, and this is about to be done. Still remaining is the issue of the cover. Since this is a first try I am going to try my hand with a free one from Amazon. If sales occur and I recoup my $89, then I will feel more comfortable springing for a graphics pro.
Here is my obligatory weigh in pic from this am.
