Found a new breakfast option, inspired by a friend (who is following WW). She has been buying the cottage cheese cups w/fruit. I tried some cottage cheese with Smuckers Sugar-Free strawberry preserves. Quite tasty, and filling! A nice option for after Induction.

My favorite is cottage cheese and banana's.

Not a banana fan, but I'll pass that idea on to my friend, as she eats bananas all the time! I was surprised by how filling it is...hadn't had cottage cheese in a long time.

Hope you like it maw1966...had some this morning with sugar-free apricot preserves...YUM! The preserves aren't overly sweet, so I sprinkled on some splenda. Again, I'm surprised at how filling a half-cup of cottage cheese is!
