It was a nice week. I got back to the gym. I was not able to lift the amount I used to but that's expected since it's been a few months with no training. I just need to be patient and enjoy the journey.
257.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 97.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
