i will set a new starting point and i will commit myself to eating 1500 kcals a day, recording all i eat, drink 2 liter of water, and workout 7 hours a week.

Good for you, you do that! I think if we want an excuse, 'today' is always the wrong day. But to do the right thing, 'today' is actually always the right day to begin, isn't it?
