Oh sorry BP, I thought maybe you was talking about a vitamin. I am stupid about some things I guess. Maybe I should get off here.

No, Peaches! I didn't mean it in a mean way! I'm sorry if you took it that way! I have moments that things go way over my head, probably the southerner in me...lol. There are vitamins that can help with metabolism though, like Vitamin D, C, B12 with B6. It just depends on what you are deficient in.

My pre & post workout stack that I make consist of AAKG (Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate), Beta Alanine, TMG (Betaine Anhydrous), ALCAR (Acetyl-L-carnitine), BCAAs, Creatine HCL, L-Theanine & Caffeine. Daily vitamins Multi, D (Upping this to 10k units; Alaska), Krill Oil, CLA, Calcium, Magnesium, E, Creatine, Glucosamine and Chondroitin, Turmeric (Curcuminoids). Often times I think I take too many supplements, especially when I refill my pill boxes every 2 weeks but my daughter is into now too and she fills her own pill container with a multi & calcium; got to be like mum and dad.
